Frequently Asked Questions
How do we book?
To book a session, just send me a message or an email! We will first discuss the details of your session. I typically send a pre-session questionnaire first so that I can get a better idea of your session needs. We will then discuss availability to find future dates that work well for both of us, and select a location for your session. Once we know where and when the session will take place I will send you an invoice and contract electronically.
When is the Session Fee due?
The non-refundable session fee is due in full at the time of booking in order to secure your spot on our calendar. This is to avoid last minute cancellations and blocking off time that could have been used for another client.
What if my Session has to be cancelled?
In the event of weather, illness, family emergencies, or other acts of God, your session will be rescheduled for a more suitable time or may be used towards a future session with Baby Beluga Photography.
Do you offer prints/canvas?
Yes! All of these items can be purchased directly through your online gallery once your images have been fully retouched.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes! Your Session Fee Package comes with a certain number of images, but you are more than welcome to purchase additional images from your gallery for retouching. Additional digital images are $15 each, with bulk discounts available (ask me for pricing).
Are you a fan of Black & White?
Every session package comes with a certain number of retouched digital images. This includes both color AND black & white versions of your final retouched images!
Client print release is included for all retouched digital images. Additional images may be purchased for retouching from your client proofing gallery. Travel fees may incur for on location sessions.
